Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Hanoi, Vietnam. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the venue.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
